Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of the Solo Balkan website and services. Please read them carefully before booking a trip with us.
Bookings & Payment
All itineraries are quoted individually based on your dates, group size and preferences. A deposit is required to confirm bookings, with the balance due ahead of travel, as agreed at the time of booking.
Cancellations
Cancellation terms vary by supplier (hotels, transport, guides) and will be shared clearly at the time of booking, before any payment is made.
Liability
Solo Balkan acts as an agent for independent suppliers of hotels, transport and activities, and is not liable for circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
